About Matthew Coe, Founder
Following a life-long dream of living in Europe and having already lived in nine different cities in four countries, Matthew moved to Valencia, Spain in 2009 then to Madrid before taking up residence in Barcelona in 2010. A seasoned lawyer and business advisor, Matthew held senior legal and hotel business development positions for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels. He provides a broad scope of experience gleaned from years of working in a professional capacity in multi-cultural environments. To date, he has assisted more than a dozen clients realize their dream of buying a property in Barcelona consisting of 30 real estate transactions. For many, he provided project management services. Fluent in Spanish, he is enthusiastic about working and living in one of the world's most beautiful cities and is convinced that Spain offers an unsurpassed quality of life for those who choose to make it their home or favored vacation destination.

With over 20 years of practice experience, Rosa is the founder of a boutique legal and financial services firm based in Barcelona. The firm serves international clients seeking legal, financial and accounting services for the acquisition of a property in Spain and the needs associated with being a foreigner with residency in Spain. Rosa and her firm have worked with Matthew on more than 20 transactions since 2016 and the firm supports the on-going needs of many of these same clients living or owning properties in Spain. The firm also helps clients that are navigating the residency visa process including the Spanish Golden Visa regulations. |

Luis learned the ins and outs of construction at a young age working with his father, the owner of a successful general contracting company in Catalunya. He brings real-world knowledge and a passion for construction to his architectural practice. He specializes in residential construction and renovation projects with a career that spans more than two decades. He has extensive experience in rehabilitation projects in many parts of Barcelona with a focus on preserving architectural details and heritage, maximizing the use of available space, and integrating the design tastes and desires of clients. Luis and Matthew have collaborated on 17 projects. |

His background includes roles as Executive Director for fundraising and development for nonprofits, sales management and direct sales to businesses and consumers in for-profit sectors and sales and marketing to physicians, attorneys and insurance companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Queen’s University and a Masters of Philosophy from Princeton Theological Seminary.
