A 1970s era construction on top of a classic late 19th-Century building, the apartment was acquired in 1999 by an American client as a holiday home. Seizing the opportunity to transform the apartment into a signature residence, we were able to create a layout that accommodated four bedrooms and three complete bathrooms. A contemporary kitchen was designed, opening to a large dining and living room space with gas burning fireplace. The client continues to send us ¨thank yous¨ for our work whenever he visits his favorite home.
