The investor client tasked us with finding apartments to renovate quickly for resale. We divided the space, some 125 square meters, and created two smaller apartments to appeal to second home buyers from the north of Europe. The apartment was stripped down to expose the original bones. Modern bathrooms, kitchen and installations were introduced. The units sold within a month of listing.
