​Located in a heritage-listed Modernistic building on a main avenue, the apartment represented an opportunity to transform a dated yet elegant apartment into a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. The clients, American expatriates living in Singapore, wanted to retain original features such as Barcelona-tiled floors, French doors, and introduce new installations, kitchen, and beautiful bathroom tiles.
