Renovated by American clients seeking a quick return investment opportunity. The apartment, located in a beautiful Modernistic building, had never been renovated. We proposed an open living floor plan for the 85 square meters of space, introduced modern elements such as a state of the art kitchen, and retained old-world elements such as Barcelona tile floors. In a span of a year from acquisition, we were able to complete the full renovation and sell the renovated apartment for a significant gain.
